Easy to use and I've been pleased with it, as long as positive updates keep happening. Our specialist knows our company in and out and while it's best working with him to reduce explanation, the rest of the team steps in well.

It has a lot of on the go options that are helpful for managers out in the field. The customer service is always on point, we can resolve issues quickly.

Cons:

Lots of bugs when new updates are rolled out. This often gets in the way of normal processing and can add a lot of time to the website refreshing. When in registers, the inability to look up your full population of people is frustrating.

Paycom was easy to use

Its been a while since I used it with my old employer but what I do remember is that it ended up being easy to use and understand once I continued using it and was able to keep up with my own hours and time

The set up for feeds to outside vendors has been very difficult. It has made for a very difficult transition for staff.

Expensive, Overcomplicated Platform That Increased Work and Cost

Bad, we thought it would save us time and money and boy was i wrong, it cost more per payroll not to mention how much more team member time thad to go into simple payroll processing each week.

I like how easy it is to navigate for employees. It’s not hard to find their paystubs, W2 forms for end of year tax statements, or their vacation hours.

Cons:

The only issue I have with Paycom is the unique username for companies as opposed to creating your own username, it can be difficult to remember.
