Best thing you can do for your team!

We have found these surveys to be extremely enlightening and helpful in connecting teams as well as assisting to gain a greater sense of self-awareness. Teams that have embraced these personality scans have experienced higher performance, clearer communication, increased productivity, decreased costs, and raised employee retention rates.

I have used a variety of personality assessments throughout my career - the Proscan with PDP Global is by far the easiest, quickest, and most eye opening of them all. Not only does it lead to greater self awareness as a leader, but has allowed our team to better communicate and work together. We also use these scans with our clients and during the hiring process. It's been a game changer!

Cons:

I have nothing negative to say in regard to Proscan. It literally takes 5-10 minutes to complete and results are insanely accurate.

There really isn't anything that I did not like. Only wished I knew about it sooner.

PDP ProScan: Best in Class!

Wonderful. The data in the ProScan report can be used to grow both as a person and also as a professional. ProScan is very positive as it looks at a person's strengths, not their shortcomings.

The ProScan assessment takes only a few minutes to complete and the feedback, the data you receive is very accurate. What I like best about ProScan is that it shows when a person is under stress and how this might lead to dissatisfaction or even burnout.

Cons:

Sorry, I can't think of anything. If you are a visual person, the ProScan report has graphs, if you are more of a verbal person, the report has written text that explains everything about a person.

Excellent tool with wide-ranging applications

Overall it's been a great help to the work that we do with our clients. Among the personality and behavioral assessments I have used in the past, it is the most effective and tends to drive a lot of interest and engagement in the readouts.

It's a more practical tool than many of the typical assessments - can be deployed in a variety of inter-personal contexts including family dynamics, personal assessment, hiring, job placement. I also think the resolution of the tool is very strong, and the ability to use the tool temporally to track changes in behavioral tendencies and understand stress environments is really useful.

Cons:

With the added resolution and comprehensiveness of the ProScan tool, it involves a more thorough understanding of the specific traits, their implications, and their interactions.
