ezCater Great for Office Admins

Excellent from end user perspective Some caterers frustrated with commission Some drivers frustrated when tips don't transfer - another third party to third party game of telephone

Pros:

Ease of ordering App is extremely user friendly Support is generally easy and thorough

Cons:

It's a third party so sometimes a game of telephone to make sure requests/orders get to caterers and drivers. Driving delays would be the worst issue. ezCater usually does a good job of removing caterers/drivers who fail.

Reasons for choosing ezCater

Ability have catered meals easily. GrubHub focuses more on credits for individual meals. Interface was strong though.

Easy solution to order food online

The whole process was seamless. Ordering on-line was easy and efficient. They followed up every step of the way. Delivery is usually on time.

Pros:

It's entire platform is customer friendly, easy to set up an account and start ordering online.Immediate support is available if needed when tracking or needing help with an order.

Cons:

Drivers probably need to be updated about what they are carrying to avoid damage to the food or ordered items.
