    BT Texting tools review

    I have been using and managing this system since 2017 and have advised the Health Board to keep it, despite the acquisition of other integrated Healthcare texting tools. It is just very convenient to use.

    Pros:
    The text messaging platform is user-friendly and has adequate functions to schedule tasks and modify users' profiles. The unit price of messages is ridiculously low, allowing some services to increase the usage of this system above all forms of communication. I found the support service very efficient, and the staff there are very helpful and knowledgeable.
    Cons:
    This system is not integrated into any of our other systems and requires constant monitoring of staff leavers and new.

    Overall, it's a great experience working with Whispir, we have been using the platform for over 7+ years and I could say that it's always a breeze to work with whispir team.

    Customer Support is amazing, the ease of doing business with is also great. The Soprano technical team is always engaging and ready to support us when required. They offer bespoke solutions to our requirements and always there to support where they can and if not they will suggest alternatives.
    Cons:
    We struggle with Whispir reporting, we are heavy users of the platform and different parts of the business uses different components. We wanted 1 stop shop to be able to review the volumes, triggerred by workspace etc which is seems to be challenging.

    Cons:
    There was nothing that I can point to say that I liked the least. The services were good and it was easy to collaborate with the Soprano team.

    Although Soprano offers low-code integration, I still find the setup and configuration of multi-channel workflows challenging without technical support
