About CASM

CASM offers asset auditing, enabling business administrators to schedule audits by location to keep their records updated. It will send automatic alerts for assets not found. CASM - Asset & Contract Management with Ease! - 14072020

The tailoring to support our processes and the easy of navigation was a win all round. The mobile app runs off our smart phones and was quick to install.

Pros:

By linking our assets to our contracts we had a clear profile of our commitments as well as took the guess work out of warranty expiry. The dashboard provides graphic timelines on contract termination and asset decommissioning with email notifications set up to action these events.

Cons:

The formatting of the import sheet requires an understanding of asset management and data formatting.

Pros:

I like the feature where I can view asset history, and I can check out assets temporarily with a reminder for return date. CASM has made it easy for us to manage and monitor our assets.

Cons:

It should be easy to move assets from one department to the other, perhaps with a dropdown menu once you are on that asset info view.

Pros:

Once setup, the software was simple and easy to use, while giving me full control over assets, meaningful an powerful reporting. I love knowing that I can get see the status of any asset at anytime and the mobile app makes doing audit of our assets a breeze.

Cons:

To date I have not found anything that I don't like about the product.

Reasons for choosing CASM

CASM addresses a couple areas of asset management for us. The first being we have an up to date asset register for insurance purposes, the second is that it give us a clear financial view of our assets, what warranty's are about to expire, what assets have been depreciated.
