About K12 Asset Pro

Inventory Game Changer

I have been using Divot for about 2 years now. It has been a game-changer getting our inventory organized. And the reports make everything so easy for getting information back to principals and admins. But the thing I love most about Divot is the customer support - it is amazing. They are fast, efficient, always happy to help, and go above and beyond what I even ask for. I can't say enough good things about Divot!

Accounts Payable Bookkeeper/Inventory/Fixed Assets

Asset pro has been a game changer for the Chilton County Board of Education. I have had lots of questions. [sensitive content hidden] has been wonderful answering every question and going above and beyond to make our experience as easy as possible. The whole Divots team worked in a timely fashion this past June to inventory every item possible. So glad that we are using K12 Asset Pro.

I love K12 Asset Pro. This is an excellent tool to use to track inventory. The only process we had before using K12 Asset Pro was that I created an excel spreadsheet and had to do everything for inventory.

Cons:

I actually only have pros since we started using Divots. K12 Asset Pro is so easy to use and enter inventory.

What I liked the most about K 12 Asset Pro is the ease of use and the customer service by the Divot team.

Cons:

What I liked the least about K 12 Asset Pro... we did have a few hiccups along the way, but the Divot Assets team was there to see us through our issues from start to finish while making sure we are set up for success in the future.

Great Asset Management Software!

Very happy with K12 Asset Pro. It makes managing out assets much easier. Checking out chromebooks to students is SO much easier now. It's all very intuitive and much more modern feeling than some of the other software we use in the district. Their customer support team has been super responsive and great to work with as well.

Easy to learn, very intuitive, the whole district can use it, clean design. It made specifically for schools so it has everything we need already built in. Overall my biggest "pro" is that it's easy!

Cons:

It's a new software I needed to learn, but it wasn't that hard and it's MUCH better than our old system.

Exactly What I Needed

Experience so far has been amazing! It is nice to use a product that makes it easy for me totrack all assets, and when I do have any questions or staff needs training, the Divot Assetsteam is always available. I am very impressed by their work ethic.
