About openMAINT
openMAINT is a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) solution that helps businesses manage inventory, maintenance, logistics and economic operations related to real estate and assets. The platform comes with an energy and environment management module, which lets users record consumption readings and analyze them to improve usage across facilities.
openMAINT's space and asset inventory module allows supervisors to store documents, operational procedures, agreements, identification codes and more for each installation, technical asset, infrastructure and housing complex. It comes with a self-service portal, which enables users to communicate about the breakdown maintenance and assign work orders to specific departments.
openMaint comes with an interactive viewer for 3D IFC models, which lets businesses gain an overview of building rooms and move assets using drag functionality. Pricing is available on request and support is provided via online measures.

Pros: the tool is quite sophisticated and complete, comes with several workflows and reports preconfigured. I had to go through some customisation and the technical team helped me throughout professionaly. Mobile app is very handy. Cons: at first I faced some issues in the installation procedure

The forms are not very visible for all the objects around it, the user interface is very unintuitive and unusable, it can improve the distribution of objects and a more modern interface. The functionality is fine but I think the interface can be improved.
