Zorg Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is a cloud-based solution designed to help maintenance managers in managing assets, inventory and work orders. The maintenance methods are divided into three types which includes maintenance of fracture, forecast and preventive maintenance.

The solution offers a visual approach to maintenance management, with the main screen dashboard displaying the status of work order completion as well as images that show what assets look like. Other functions are denoted by icons.

The maintenance map shows assets separated by department, as well as equipment status. It also displays the time of each status.

The maintenance of fracture method provides repair of breakdowns that are discovered in the machine although the equipment continues to work till the time it is functioning well.

Zorg also offers reporting and preventive maintenance functions to create maintenance schedules and reduce machine downtime.
