    Content Manager as a solution

    Once I was familiar with the terminology it was much easier. Now I find it to be a super helpful tool in my toolbox for work and I love that I can locate documents in a very quick few steps and also retrieve document counts and information about the records with very little effort on my part. I recomend this software for any agency that deals with records requests from internal or external agencies.

    I love that we offer Content Manager as a subscription to government agencies in the State of Oregon in partnership with the Archives division of the Secretary of State. It is a very cost effective way for state agencies to retain their document as they are required to by law and it provides a secure and functional place to house these important documents in an organized secure setting.
    Cons:
    It is a little hard to get the hang of at first especially if you are not familiar with the terminology that goes with the software. I hard a hard time the first week or so understanding the terms that are used.

    Easily we can manage huge records with Content Manager

    It was good experience as we are using this for managing customer metadata and records, also we have integrated our SharePoint which was really impressive easily we were able to integrate with it
