Ease of use and low cost make this a no-brainer for recruitment success.

I love this tool. This tool has significantly reduced the number of interviews that were required to obtain basic candidate information.

I like the fact that we can establish a number of different types of structured recorded interviews, which helps us reduce the number of candidates to be screened.

I had a little difficulty adding one of my team members as an admin.

Quality hires with Qualifi

I haven't made a ton of hires using Qualifi but I absolutely love the idea of it and wish there was a way to ensure candidates that it is in fact legit and not a scam.

Pros:

The amount of time it saves me on the phone. As a recruiter, when you're on the phone all day it is hard to get the admin stuff completed. This has cut down the amount of time I spend on the phone with a candidate exponentially and allows me time to do other needed things.

Cons:

There's the occasional hiccup where an answer or two doesn't get recorded, but not enough for it to be a huge nuisance.
