Cons:

I’d love more AI generation features. For example, the ability to auto-generate blog post outlines, draft social media captions, or even full article first drafts directly from feedback data; I’ve spoken to the team and it’s on their roadmap.

Misleading free trial

Very disappointing. Incomplete product with misleading trial that you can't cancel. Overcharged and unable to get s refund from their customer support as they don't respond

Good marketing and ads to get you to sign up for trial. Product is easy to onboard at first but hard to use any advanced features.

Cons:

Offer a 10-day trial and then there is no way to cancel before they charge you $700+. No reply from their customer support.

Misleading Product and Zero Support — Repeated Charges After Canceling

As a SaaS founder, I understand early-stage products, bugs, and growing pains. That’s not what happened here. The product is barebones, the cancellation system feels broken, and the support simply doesn’t exist. The repeated unauthorized charges and complete silence from their team made the whole experience feel negligent at best and intentional at worst. I normally avoid negative reviews, but in this case, people need to know what they’re walking into. I would recommend staying away from this product entirely because the lack of support and ongoing billing issues make it a risk.

The signup was quick and the marketing looks great on the surface. They clearly know how to present the product well.

Cons:

The tool itself is extremely basic and adds no real value beyond what I can already do with ChatGPT. The bigger problem is the complete lack of customer support. I canceled right after signing up, was still charged, emailed multiple times, and never got a single reply. Even after my account appeared canceled, they kept billing my card. They’re still actively running marketing campaigns, but they don’t respond to support requests at all. That’s a major red flag for any SaaS.
