About EstimateGuard

EstimateGuard is a cloud-based field service management solution. Key features include project management, project scheduling and construction accounting.

EstimateGuard is compatible with a wide variety of mobile devices, including iPads and iPhones. The mobile accessibility helps field supervisors and foremen to create schedules directly from the field and send estimates to the backend office.

Once a phase of construction is selected by a foreman or field supervisor, the application automatically populates tasks that need to be completed. The newly created tasks can then be assigned to the appropriate workers.

Equipment tracking feature helps to track rental equipment on the basis of task, time and labor required to use those equipments. Other features include payroll and time card reporting, cost tracking and manpower loading.

Data can be imported from existing estimating software. The solution is designed for midsize companies across different commercial construction trades, including plumbing, electrical and teledata.

Estimate Guard is great for solar!

We have now used the Estimate Guard software on our last two major projects with great success. Aside from the estimating functions the name implies, it's really a back-end project management control system that makes tracking and managing labor as easy as you could hope for. We see what each technician is doing every day, every hour. At any given moment, you can see where you are on a project, where you're ahead, and where you need to make up time and cost. The program has been so successful in the field for us that even our major utility clients are allowing us to use Estimate Guard over their typically preferred traditionally known scheduling and project management software programs. Plus, the main person who created this is an actual highly experienced Project Manager, so the support has been phenomenal. I highly recommend Estimate Guard without reservation!

This Product Really Does Your Bottom Line

I have used this software on two large projects as an electrical superintendent. It made crew scheduling very easy and very accurate.Both projects completed on time in spite of some very difficult situation that were beyond our control and I attribute that success directly to the level of control this software gave us over the project.
