Planificación Seguimiento de obra Tarjetas de precios unitarios Autorizaciones que quedan registradas

Cons:

Falta rrhh pero es algo mínimo porque no es un software relacionado a eso

Efectivamente nuestro software no se especializa en RR.HH, pero si cuenta con algunos módulos que apoyan a esta área (Horas trabajadas, costos hora laborales, entre otros), además que tenemos llave API para integración con plataformas con esa expertis. Posiblemente iremos agregando mayores funcionalidades en nuestras actualizaciones. Saludos!

AL principio un poco difícil por el tipo de obra que hacemos (vivienda seriada) porque tuvimos que encontrar la forma en que funcionara pero ya encontrando la forma muy bien y fácil. Asignación de materiales y control de almacén muy bien.

Control de pagos a proveedores y subcontratistas. Control de materiales, bodegas, planificación y seguimiento.

Cons:

Que hay que tener mucho cuidado con el catalogo de materiales, no hay forma de unir varios productos que se repiten. A la hora de restringir a los usuarios no hay tanta versatilidad.

ProyecPro llegó a simplificarnos las labores al permitir planificar, gestionar y evaluar los distintos procesos que hemos implementado desde la gestación de la pandemia, permitiéndonos aumentar la productividad y sobre todo, la efectividad. La plataforma, pese a disponer de una amplia variedad de herramientas, es amigable y de fácil comprensión para el usuario (lo cual siempre se agradece).

Cons:

Algunas características deseadas, deben ser costeadas en una "extensión" del servicio.
