Great Way to Highlight Appreciation in the Workplace!

Pros:

O.C. Tanner is an excellent way to recognize employees on multiple levels, from appreciation for everyday tasks to thank you's for completion of huge projects. It also allows employees to recognize each others' hard work and achievements!

Cons:

I would love if it were a little easier to use your preferred name on this software. I know there is a way, but if it were something that was clarified on first sign in, I think it'd be neat.

Helps you acheive critical employee engagement goals

Im sharing this review after using the platform for more than 2 years. If you have a global goal, using culture cloud makes it possible to achieve them easily, right from implementation till date several aspects of execution was smooth. Every company s unique internal system and process and the appetite to change are some of the elements to be kept in mind but the OC Tanner implementation partners helped every step.

Pros:

Culture cloud is a great tool for employee recognition across different levels of the organization. It makes it easy to recognize others and helps suggest the reward amount. It also keeps track of all recognitions in one convenient place.

Cons:

Employees are awarded points and pay income tax on those points. Because of this, I would prefer if the reward catalog point values were at or below MSRP for most items. For many products, the additional taxable income received in the form of points is above the MSRP for the product although by a small amount.

The catalog on ecard, and prices is great but overall have a culture of gratefulness is what drives Culture Cloud, and this is part of our company.

Cons:

nothing, this is great! I dont see how to imporve it, maybe the delivery of certain physical cards or move all to QR code to avoid the delivery of physical gifts can be an option
