Purchasing Gift Cards through a Punch Out

I have purchased physical and digital gift cards through the Blackhawk Next work, and it has been very easy to use.

Pros:

Ability to choose between digital and physical gift cards. Wide variety of store that have gift card options.

Cons:

Trying to share a password protected file with the links for the digital gift cards. For some reason the links would work for my colleague when I copy and pasted the information. However, it did work when I saved the password protected file as a different named file. It may have been user error on my colleague's part.

Familiarity, and the fact that I have used the in the past and the variety of gift card and ease of use, makes it my go-to~

Fast and Easy to use. I was impressed by the selection – they had a great variety of gift cards to choose from. It was a great experience.

Cons:

Some of the photos of gift cards aren't easy to see so not useful for finding cards to order. No other cons.

I liked their way of investigating my open and active disputes. They were very helpful in resolving my issues.

Cons:

The inability to link cards to any other payment platform was less than ideal. Otherwise, its pretty good.

Above And Beyond

We have only had a couple cards with issues, and after contacting their support team, was resolved in minutes. i had one card when i first started using BlackHawk i wasnt aware of expiration. they went above and beyond by explaining in detail each step of redeeming, in ways i could understand, and then proceed to re activating my card for me so i didnt loose it when it was my fault so nothing bad here to say. i highly recommend anybody give them a try. its worth it for sure.

Blackhawk Does Not Disappoint!

We've been using Blackhawk for many years now and I love the consistency of their products and service. This is hard to find nowadays, especially with all the cybercrime taking place these days.

I love the ease of ordering. The website is very user friendly and the service is very reliable. I love that you can customize the cards and the amounts. This is very important because a lot of other companies have set amounts and that doesn't always work for our purchases. I feel confident that my orders are being processed securely and that Blackhawk is doing everything possible to deter fraud. Our orders are always accurate and on time. Plus they have great customer service and completely dedicated reps.

Cons:

I can't think of single negative thing to say about Blackhawk. There is absolutely nothing that I dislike about this company.

The site is user friendly. Easy to upload a large order going to multiple addresses. Paying for the item was super easy.. I was able to connect with the account representative in a timely manner to unlock my account. Received a confirmation email with the order details right after the order was placed. The tracking information was email a few days later. Happy with the service.

Cons:

The site is easy to use. I really don't want to complain when a good service is provided. Placing the order is quick and easy.

Awesome Company

Great never had a problem really just came back after two years and it's hard to find a convenient credit company to help create your own cards.

How they create your own logo for your business cards given you choices on the amount that fits along with payment options so glad we able to use credit cards for payment

E-gift card purchase

It was okay. I got what I needed. As the administration was helping me to make the purchase, they helped me find how to download the purchased e-gift cards.

Pros:

That it is partnered with the institute's administration and I don't have to deal with every little details.

Cons:

The user interface could be better or it could be more intuitive. I didn't see or realize that the "Details" word was actual a tab under which the download button was present.
