    Dubb delivers every time I create and send a video-

    I love the platform and I use it weekly- If I can't be there in person to say something important- No worries, I'll DUBB it!

    When I'm using a resource and I get compliments regularly when I use it, it encourages me to use it more! Dubb is easy to use. They have excellent customer support and their leadership cares about users like me who invest in their product. The videos are easy to create, I enjoy the metrics and I save time creating videos vs. typing out emails. AND- my recipient loves the personalization I put into my videos.
    Cons:
    I was not able to take advantage of the screen recording. My audio would cut out on the recording.

    Easy to use, powerful features, You know when somebody watched your video
    Cons:
    The reporting for the location where an email was opened is inaccurate. They can't do anything about it because people use VPNs and it masks their true location but I have gotten used to it. If I open an email that I sent a video on either to forward it or just review something, the notification keeps going off to let you know that an email was opened.

    I have been amazed by the trajectory of this tool and moreso by the involvement their team has with its customers, they are constantly creating content to better your use, not only of the platform, but video itself.

    The automation part looks like an amazing tool to streamline this asynchronous video environment, the ability to track and measure every movement for your videos, the video analyzer that tells you if you had too many amms and ummms. The list goes on and on!
    Cons:
    While I won't list this as a "don't like" I still have to mention it, I believe the price can be a little prohibitive for smaller businesses to start with! Nonetheless, the pack of features and the end result is very well worth the expense.
