I love the proposal and quotes section, I use this option for my construction business.

Cons:

I am sorry to say, I have not found something I dislike about their service.

Reasons for switching to iDeal Construction CRM

IdealCRM was cheaper, easier to use and any time I had an issue, it was solved promptly. They also accepted feature requests I had and implemented them into their software. I was amazed at the level of customer service they provide to their customers.

Best Construction CRM

Overall, I wish I had found this CRM software 5 years ago. It has really changed the way my firm runs it's sales.

Pros:

Easy to use, very intuitive, tons of customization and it really streamlines a lot of the more monotonous tasks with sales. Really like how opportunities are inputed by particular projects.

Cons:

Haven't really run into any cons. If there has been any road bumps iDeal has been quick to address them and resolve them.

iDeal CRM for Construction

We have a decentralized group of group leaders and estimators using different estimating systems and software platforms. iDeal CRM has become a great platform for creating transparency and a common source of truth for bid opportunities. We are in the process of working with iDeal CRM to develop a scheduling program to assign estimators to bids/proposals based on bid complexity, shared workloads for large bids, and due dates.

Pros:

Its very simple to use - anyone can be trained to use it, also can be customized as per your company needs. Reports and Follow up notes are essential, where as sending a follow up email is very simple.

Cons:

Nothing really is least liked, its a good software. And if you run into issues, customer support is excellent, who can fix the issues right away.

Every part of this system is user friendly. Customer support is very good, few times issues happened they were fixed quickly. Any questions I have are also answered quickly.

Cons:

As I mentioned, this hits all marks for the tools I need in my day to day use.

Easy implementation. Ease of use. Data import. Reporting feature. Great graphics.

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like. There were some features / reports not available for our needs at the beginning, but iDeal team resolved all our requests.
