It could be a could product, but too many functionalities with an hazardous roadmap make it somehow difficult to use

Complet, répond à mes attentes

Cela fait de nombreuses années que j'utilise incwo et je suis toujours satisfait de ce logiciel. Il me permet de gagner un temps précieux, que ce soit pour la facturation, la gestion des achats ou le suivi des paiements.

Pros:

J'apprécie particulièrement la facilité d'utilisation : je n'ai plus à effectuer de copier-coller d'un document à l'autre. J'ai ajouté tous mes produits et services dans le logiciel, ce qui me permet de créer des devis et factures rapidement. Avec la nouvelle fonctionnalité OCR, je gagne également beaucoup de temps sur la gestion des achats et notes de frais.

Cons:

Il m'a fallu un peu de temps pour m'habituer au côté conforme du logiciel mis en place progressivement. Mais c'est un mal pour un bien, car maintenant, en cas de contrôle, je suis certain d'être dans les clous.

L'excellence de incwo m'a fait oublier que l'outil devait être disponible dans plusieurs autres langues en dehors de l'anglais et le français.
