About Isoratec

Isoratec CRM is a HIPAA-compliant customer relationship management (CRM) solution suitable for various types of home care facilities such as hospice, managed care programs and infusion therapy centers. Key features include contact management, notes and expense management, dashboards and reporting.

Isoratec CRM’s sales metrics feature provides a dashboard that allows users to record daily visits and keep track of converted leads. The solution offers notes and expense management that allows users to track sales expenses on a periodic basis. With the contact management feature, managers can track contacts, manage referral activity and total sales generated by each sales agent.

It also offers a GPS tracking feature that allows managers to track the location of their sales agents when they are on the move. Sales agents can also record and submit travel expenses from their mobile devices and claim reimbursement.

Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis.

    A good buy!

    We use Isoratec for our field staff who calls on health care providers such as doctors, clinics and outpatient facilities. It allows us to easily organize our day and keep track of progress and referrals, which are our metrics for success.

    Pros:
    Super easy to use, yet very powerful. Much easier to configure than Salesforce and it conforms to our business model exceedingly well. Lots of management tools for the office and just what we need for our field sales staff. Very low cost too!
    Cons:
    No problems or issues yet, but I'll keep you posted.

    Reasons for switching to Isoratec

    Salesforce was way too expensive complex for our needs!
