IT Curves is an integrated software suite that helps transport service providers record every trip digitally. Their products is currently servicing:

  1. Transits paratransit brokerage, including receiving ETA from several transportation providers, so rider knows the arrival time of service without contacting the transit call center. The call center does not have to struggle with looking up the transportation provider's trip information and contact information, and then the transportation provider call center finding the driver and communicating back the ETA of arrival!
  2. Adult Day Care Center commutes
  3. On-demand taxi for transit's paratransit overflow
  4. Commute to medical appointments
  5. Rider location notification in case of emergency notification for local Independent living center
  6. Airport demand to terminal allocation service for the Los Angels Airport

    It's modular, cost-effective and user friendly GUI
    Cons:
    lacking some flexibility and adaptability to our environment. Phone integration is difficult and not easy to set up.

    Reasons for choosing IT CURVES

    It's structure, scalability and most of all, client support and responsiveness. Staff was friendly and courteous.

    Reasons for switching to IT CURVES

    DDS was less adaptable, much more costlier and very poor support and customer service. ITC has been responsive to our needs, much better support and customer service, provides more options

    Good system - requires overhauling

    We have been using the system cashier and Payroll for some time and the team is great especially Imran, we are close friends and he has been helpful in many ways. We have considered using ITCurves for our NEMT dispatching but we are still unable to make the move due to some features we find in our current system .

    The cashier system and the payroll. The ability to upload the trips sheet and have the system calculate the payroll percentages have helped us a great deal. And smoothen our process.
    Cons:
    1-The functionality of the cashier is build as one size fit all which makes it a bet complicated 2- vehicle management and driver managed is lacking some good tracking tools like expiration dates 3- we have been struggling getting monthly invoices delivered to our office and contacted your team multiple times .. 4- you don’t have an online payment method for your customers to pay monthly ( we have to send a check) which is strange nowadays

    I use this software for accounting and invoicing. It integrates with the dispatch software to allow us to pay drivers for their completed trips and invoice those trips to various accounts.
