Kiliba lacks customization, the templates are basic and lack options (a drag & drop system is needed)

Un booster de croissance

Depuis bientôt 3 ans avec Kiliba, nous avons vu un reel différence sur notre e-commerce, les relances de paniers abandonnés comme l'annimation de nos clients dormant à réellement été booster. C'est un vrai plus.

La simplicité de mise en place de scénario de relance client. la profondeur des scénarios proposés allant des plus simples au plus compliqués. Les newsletter intégrées depuis peu sont un vrai plus avec l'assistance par IA.

Cons:

L'IA prend parfois trop d'importance et ne nous laisse pas toujours le choix là où nous aimerions l'avoir.
