Maps Bussiness is helpful.

I use the software daily. It help me to find the better time to travel and it gives me information of public transportation, for that reasons the software help me to increase my productivity.

Pros:

Maps Business is a helpful software because it help to us to identify the better time to travel and shows to us the traffic rules, this is important when you want to increase your productivity reducing the traveling time. There are multiple features in this software such to the help tp find parking to user. With the voice application you can speak while your are driving that is very important for your safety.

Cons:

This software is excellent in general. The only thing is you are unenable to use when you dont have internet on your phone. Another thing is the software does not alert you about ongoing construction or restrictions on the roads.

Depending on my needs, mostly good. If I have to use the functions I listed on the Cons, it could sometimes be disappointing

Pros:

The product is easy to use, and I like the ease of pulling demographics, etc.

Cons:

I don't like: 1) the fact that I often have to rearrange the callout's orientation in order to avoid overlapping and or covering other data when I close and reopen the map. 2) The map only keeps one rout on the map. I have often needed to present two or three routes to a location, but unfortunately I need to draw the others manually. 3) The software does not add demographic data for Zip Codes and Territories. I know I could copy and export, but I would appreciate an option to "add to map" as we have with the Drawing Tools area.

Marisol, Thank you for reviewing MapBusinessOnline. Regarding your Con points: 1. I would suggest you make sure to save the map after reorienting callout orientation. 2. MBO provides 1 route at a time by design. For multi-routes per map consider a product like Route Smart ( much more expensive though). 3. Demographic Data is available for all territories and jurisdictions - Use the Summary option upon selection or the Data Window view to add demographic data to your analysis. Tried this after looking for easy to use mapping software

Pros:

It was easy to use and intuitive for the most part. Within minutes of signing up for a free trial, I had my first map up and running

Cons:

The user interface is a little clunky at times. Updates to that to bring it in line with current best practices would make it perfect.

I gave it 10 out of 10 because it is the best and I like the fact that we can know which area has most sales for us

Cons:

I like it that it has street data too,this is the best software for any business to have

A simple mapping tool, about five years behind everybody else.

Pros:

The purpose is straight forward - get spatial insight. The company doesn't confuse itself as something other than a tool for spatial insights.

Cons:

I wouldn't show the results to anybody outside my team. It's just ugly. With the progress that ArcOnline has made with analytics, the benefit of this tool is the price. But if you need to make clean, presentable maps; or extend into more dynamic web/app scenarios, it's worth just upgrading your ESRI license.

Fantastic customer support. Rather than blindly calling prospects and customers, this allows us to see the big picture of where we need to focus on as a company.

Cons:

I wish it was a little less costly to get a company or group license. This has become so popular that it is sometimes hard to access from my company.

Indispensable tool to analyse the real impact of your business in the territory, very easy to work and learn and also have a great compatibility with the most used formats in the market

Cons:

Could be more customizable the share option, still it have a great chance with map sharing editing function

Best mapping system around

Ability to build out client distribution maps and internal sales maps.

Pros:

Cost, Ease of use, ability to present data in many different ways, shading options. I like the ability to mix different data sets and the way they are mapped. I can overlay DMA information and digital distribution radius on the same map. That is hard to do with other systems.

Cons:

Requires my Mac to run Flash, Occasionally lags. The interface looks dated but the functionality is all there.

Everything my company needed in a mapping software was easily found and usable with MBO!

Our company needed a good substitute for MapPoint, and needed something that could create layers with good costumer service. MBO was the perfect fit for those needs.

Pros:

I love the clear ability to create map layers for areas, regions, and divisions. This was our company's most needed application. I also appreciated the help I would receive immediately after requesting more information.

Cons:

It's hard to pick out what I didn't like about the software, everything came through ease and understanding. If I had to pick, I'd probably just say it wasn't free! But it is well-worth every penny.
