CRM for those without one!

Pros:

Basic, Simply CRM for someone that does not have a powerful CRM for real estate. Every real estate agent should have a CRM and this will go the job for those people that don't have one!

Cons:

Was not very robust and did not allow for sufficient auto customer nurturing.

Super User Friendly

I enjoyed working with Market Leader Professional, and the platform was great; however the quality of lead deteriorated to a point that it became an act of futility to continue using it.

The CRM was great, as well as the automatic follow up with letters to clients. I also liked the amount of leads I received.

Cons:

The quality of leads began to deteriorate. After a time, it became cost prohibitive. I wasn't even breaking even. I was putting time and effort into this, however, you cant sell someone a home with bad credit and no funds to work with.

My experience with Market Leader over the past six months has been extremely disappointing. Despite investing $700 per month, I have not received a single valid lead relevant to my service areas. Instead, the leads provided have consistently come from locations over two hours away, which are completely outside my target market. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue in the first two months, Market Leader failed to make any adjustments. What’s more concerning is their refusal to cancel my membership or issue a refund for the services that were clearly not delivered as promised. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer concerns is deeply troubling and speaks to a fundamental failure in their service model. I would caution any professional considering Market Leader to seriously reconsider. This experience has not only been a financial burden but has also taken valuable time and resources away from focusing on my business. I strongly recommend exploring more reliable and customer-focused alternatives

I loved market leader I would still have it but can’t afford it anymore. Was the best CRM I’ve ever used!!

The money. It was cheaper through KW when I was under their umbrella but the price went up when I purchased it on my own and was unable to afford.

Misrepresentation of Product

[sensitive content hidden] So far. I still have 2 more months of billing before I can cancel. When I made the call to get more details on the services, how it works and so forth. I was told by the representative over then phone that these leads would be screened before they come to me. The service has been bad since day 1. I figure let me give it 2-3 months, but still the same. I kept calling in and they kept making adjustments to my account but nothing ever changed. Most of these leads either have no phone number, bad number etc...It was a different excuse every time. I called last week and spoke with [sensitive content hidden] who indicated he would call me back by end of business. He didn't call that day, the next or the next. I kept calling to figure out what was going on. I had to explain every time and whoever I would get on the phone would say oh"[sensitive content hidden]is dealing with this". I finally got a call from [sensitive content hidden] today. Almost a week later. My request was to just cancel with no fee for the last two months. he than offered to switch me to a 100.00 plan the beginning of may but said I would have tp do a new 6 months agreement. Essentially It would be paying in monthly payment. I told him "why would I extend when It has been a horrible service" and I was made promises in the beginning that did not happen. These leads are not screened.

Previous User that won’t go back.

I used it as a new agent and it was good to show a “professional presence” along with the email campaigns that were basically on autopilot. Platform was cumbersome and still today looks like 2013, but the client facing material is modern and nice. I keep the basic version my brokerage provides but no longer use the ML Pro service.

If you have the basic version from your brokerage, the Pro upgrade is a seamless transition. Integrates well for email marketing campaigns and print material. Nice website for someone who needs one.

Cons:

Expensive unless your brokerage has a plan with them. Lead generation was not to vibrant. Bring your own web address because if you use theirs, you won’t have an option (at least affordable) to acquire it later if you choose to leave the service. Still looks like 2013 in the platform and the mobile app is lack luster.

They are not clear, have trash leads, and CRM is so messy and not easily trackable. Webpage is subpar. ALL OF THIS IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY SPENT. Do Not do it. Im, am a person who will try things and this is not something to keep. I took a hit so you dont have to.. Oh and if you come in DO NOT let them buy your DOMAIN name they will steal a 10-dollar name and try to charge you 200 to get it back .. LOL what a joke for customer service. That's why they LOCK you in for 6 months so they can continue to rip you. Cost per lead too high and ROI is like dreaming of a lottery win. Leads from here are not screened, and not valid for many leads that came in. ...

Dont Use Market Leader

Overall I would suggest trying a different lead source because they are not what all the "reviews" say they are.Be smart and stay away for Market Leader, in my own opinion

the only good thing that i can think of is the on boarding where they are very helpful, just wish they were a little more upfront.

Cons:

The overall experience was not only a waste of time but of money too. The account manager I had was not very responsive and had to continuously follow up with her. When you buy your lead areas be prepared because they will promise you a number for that area(s) but you will rarely hit the guaranteed number. Instead you will get leads (lets call "near your selected ares") that will count towards your number. A lot of the leads that I received, I did not hear from them, even after multiple follow ups.

Scam

I have used Market Leader for 3 months. I am certain that the majority of leads I receive are bots. After looking at BBB reviews, I am embarrassed that I fell for it. This company is running a scam.
