OnsiteCRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution that helps businesses across various industry verticals to manage their interactions with existing and new customers.

OnsiteCRM offers users communication tools such as built-in dialers with text messenger and an email marketing platform. The solution's reporting suite provides access to call or email reports, conversion ratios, speed-to-contact and analysis functionalities. Users can automate their sales routines and integrate with existing lead providers such as ShoreTel, Outlook, RingCentral, Google Apps and more via APIs and connectors.

OnsiteCRM's dialer features data-driven routing, latency management and phone number verification. Users can assign alphanumeric ID tags to outgoing messages in several countries and use text messages to link landing pages, promotion codes or mobile coupons.

Support is offered via phone and email along with an online knowledge repository.

    Easy to use software, friendly customer service agents, report tickets are resolved in less than a day if not the same day.
    Cons:
    I do not have any cons about this software. I really like how easy it is to use and to navigate. I wouldn't say anything negative.
