However, 2023 presented some challenges for TotalEnergies Marketing Belgium, particularly with the upgrade of our custom tool. The project was hindered by a lack of proactive communication and difficulty in directly contacting the developers. After persistent efforts, we were able to establish communication with the developers, which greatly improved the project's progress.
