Stames enables managers to capture and store client data in a centralized repository, monitor team’s activities and manage or block user accounts. It provides a reporting module, which lets supervisors generate reports based on ticket priority, status, date and other criteria. Additionally, the application offers custom branding capabilities, which allow enterprises to personalize the interface using custom logos and colors.
Stames comes with an API, which enables organizations to integrate customer support and ticketing features into web or mobile applications. Pricing is available on monthly or annual subscriptions and support is extended via phone, email, knowledge base, FAQs and other online measures.
