Great for 100% WFH

The price for the features is great. I love that my team can see each other work and have access to each other. I love when someone messages me asking to come to my office where we can meet and talk.

Pros:

I love that each person/team can have their own space and area to collaborate in real-time or messaging. Being able to jump into a person's personal office to talk makes people much more approachable vs Zoom meetings, etc.

Cons:

No option to blur backgrounds. Sometimes there are technical issues with user's browsers that can take time to manage for video conferencing.

O Myhive resolver o problema de compartilhamento constante de links para reuniões e o uso intenso do whattsapp para comunicação interna da empresa em homeoffice. A aceitação dos funcionários foi imediata, trouxe a proximidade das pessoas do ambiente do escritório para dentro do homeoffice, e isso foi realmente sensacional.

Cons:

A aplicação entendemos que está em um período de amadurecimento por ser muito recente. Já ocorreram falhas de comunicação entre usuarios, alguns travamentos e até cruzamento de voz entre salas. Não é agradavel quando ocorre o erro, mas temos a percepção que a equipe do myhive esta trabalhando para resolver esses pontos, e por isso não chegam a criar um grande incomodo no uso da ferramenta.

Pros:

We like the ability to instantly communicate with each other through voice. It's nice to be able to go into a room and instantly be speaking with others.

Cons:

We've noticed that the integrations are weak and that there hasn't been much development or roll out with regard to new integrations. We're still looking for an app to be created so that we can use this more when we are away from our laptops.

Thank you for your review! We are working on integrations. We also see them as essential. For example, our integration with Google calendar is released. We just released our integration with Teams for video. Other integrations are on the horizon as well as our mobile app. Thank you for your patience while we add the features you need the most.

Hive Digital Office is Great

Hive has been a great product that is affordable.

Pros:

Like how easy it is to log in, change rooms and chat with other. I like the ability to chat with each other in the chat window and not just the side bar or full window.

Cons:

Would like the agility to knock on a room before just entering the room. Would like the ability to set rooms as defalut locations for people, so when they login, they go to that room by default.
