10X ERP - Remove Friction and Accelerate Growth

Our transition to 10X ERP was smooth and transformational for our business, which is rare for an ERP conversion. The process was surprisingly seamless. We saw significant improvements in data processing times and accuracy. Our customers did not notice we switched ERPs besides noting that our response times seemed to improve (due to time savings, our people could focus more on customer service). I strongly endorse 10X ERP for small to medium-sized businesses, especially those in distribution dealing with high-volume transactions and substantial inventory management requirements. Its efficiency and user-friendly interface make it an ideal solution for businesses aiming to elevate their operational capabilities and customer service excellence.

Pros:

- Real-time processing of transactions - Intuitive, easy to use - FAST - Easy reporting - Web-based, accessible on any device - Easy to integrate with other systems via API - Great support built into the app

Cons:

- Would be nice to customize specific screens on a user level - Lacking some advanced reporting. 90% of what we need is built-in but still have to pull some data manually. - Bank feeds with auto-categorization will be a really nice feature

Reasons for choosing 10X ERP

These products are all great, modern, browser-based ERPs offering broad functionality. However, none of them are optimized specifically for distribution, so it would require a great deal of customization to meet the needs of our business.

Reasons for switching to 10X ERP

ERP-One was a great product for us for about a decade. Over the past 5 years or so, we've tried to do more and more integrations and customizations and most of the time hit a wall. We had to rely on disparate systems for reporting, e-commerce integration, and more. Now all of that lives inside of 10X ERP. We've also been able to remove friction from many of our daily process which has helped us improve our customer service and focus on growing the business.

Pros:

10X automation has streamlined daily processes, saving me time and helping reduce errors. Invoicing is completely automated and includes any freight and other charges. With all the automated processes, financial information is available in real-time from any device with a browser. 10X ERP is very intuitive and easy to learn and navigate.

Cons:

I wish 10X ERP had bank feeds built into the accounting section.

Pros:

The accessibility of the system. Going from having very limited mobile access to having full mobility has been game-changing. It is much more organized and user-friendly than any other system I have previously used.

Cons:

I would like more reporting of customer attributes that we could select on the fly. More dashboards and reporting options would be great.
