Our Analysis of Keap's Pricing Plans

Keap has simplified its pricing into one all-inclusive plan designed to support small and midsize businesses with CRM, marketing automation, and sales tools in a single platform. Instead of choosing between feature tiers, pricing now scales based on your number of contacts and users. Here’s what that looks like—and what you’ll get with a subscription.

Keap pricing overview

Keap’s platform starts at $249 per month (billed annually) or $...

299 per month billed monthly, for up to 1,500 contacts and two users. Additional users cost $39 per month each. This plan is designed for small to medium-sized businesses looking for an all-in-one solution to manage customer relationships, automate marketing, and streamline sales processes. __Required implementation fee__ All new customers are required to purchase an implementation package for a one-time fee of $500, which includes: - Strategy consulting and automation setup - Data import and migration (up to 15 hours) - Weekly and monthly check-ins with a strategy manager - Up to 2 third-party tool integrations While mandatory, this service is designed to shorten your ramp-up time and ensure you get value from the platform quickly. __Pros:__ - All-in-one platform: Includes CRM, email marketing, sales automation, landing pages, forms, and text marketing. - Advanced automation: Build complex workflows with visual automation builders and AI-powered campaign templates. - Text marketing: Includes 150–250 monthly SMS credits depending on the plan variant, with additional messages billed at $0.015 each 2. - AI tools: Access to AI Content and Automation Assistants to speed up campaign creation and communication. - Customization: Create custom fields, dashboards, and reports tailored to your business needs. - Sales pipeline management: Visualize and manage deals with drag-and-drop pipelines. - Implementation support: Includes onboarding services like strategy consulting, data migration, and done-for-you setup. __Cons:__ - High starting price: At $249 per month (billed annually),, it may be cost-prohibitive for solopreneurs or very small teams. - Mandatory implementation services: While helpful, these services are required and may add to the initial cost. - Limited SMS availability: Text marketing is only available in the U.S. and Canada. - No free or entry-level tier: Unlike many competitors, Keap does not offer a free or low-cost starter plan. __Conclusion__ Keap’s pricing is simple but positioned at the higher end, making it a strong fit for small to midsize businesses ready to invest in an all-in-one CRM and automation platform. For teams that need a unified tool to manage sales, marketing, and customer relationships, Keap offers robust functionality and hands-on onboarding support to help justify the cost. That said, solo entrepreneurs or early-stage businesses may find the lack of a free or lower-tier plan limiting. If affordability or flexibility is a top priority, exploring more scalable alternatives could be the better route.

Pros:
I have learned to love it after the company is planning to move its CRM services to another product that’s significantly worse. But this gave me the scope to appreciate it. Integration wise, this thing is excellent. My company particularly broke it at some point (and the Keap team has been graceful enough to modify core functionalities for the sake of the purpose we need it for) and it still delivers.
Cons:
It suffers from the very well known across CRM products of sloth syndrome. To be completely fair, again, my company broke this thing to mould it to our needs so this is not really a con but the expected outcome. Customer support chat lacks a lot of knowledge. 7/10 times when we need troubleshooting the agent on duty doesn’t know how to properly support and ends up escalating.

Vendor Response

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that Keap has continued to deliver for your team, especially after the comparison to other solutions. It’s great to know the platform’s flexibility and integrations have supported your setup, even when pushed to the limits. We also appreciate your honest feedback on performance and support. We understand how important it is to get fast, knowledgeable help, and we continuously coach our reps to improve further. Thanks again for your thoughtful insights and for continuing to work with us. In the end I really liked the product...until I didn't and moved on. It's always hard to make a decision to upgrade or change a CRM because migration is the hardest part. But again, I think the most outstanding part was the people behind it. I even visited their offices in Phoenix. Very cool environment.

Keap is the rebranded Infusionsoft. I have been a user since 2012 and appreciated the personal on-boarding and availability of a responsive support team.
Cons:
I'm old school and never like when things change up too much, but the initial downside was the add on costs for the additional bells and whistles that most of the newer companies include in their CRM.

Vendor Response

Hi Lisa, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we really appreciate your longtime support and thoughtful feedback. Pros:
I relied greatly on Keap’s sales automation to assist me in nurturing the leads and taking them through a funnel without necessarily having to track them manually. The follow-up sequences in the emails ensured I did not lose contact and also sorted all the communication with the clients in one place.
Cons:
I observed some discrepancies arising from the synchronizing of the contact data from the web forms into the system. It did not always scan for new leads immediately and I had to refresh or double click entries before a campaign was able to run.

Keap conveniently delivered automated lead capture and the campaign building tools also impressed me significantly. The res section of Keap was proving that once I linked my landing page, tagging fresh contacts as well as triggering email streams were possible. They have helped in cutting my amount of manual input to a great deal.
Cons:
One downside is that the appointment scheduling tool can link with other external calendar applications. I set up a few meetings to have two concurrent calls and when that did not sync I lost some form of communiqué with my client temporarily.

The platform includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, though usage is limited to 25 email sends and excludes payment processing. • Does Keap integrate with other software?

Yes, Keap connects with over 5,000 apps through its integrations marketplace and third-party tools like Zapier. Popular integrations include Gmail, Outlook, QuickBooks, Shopify, WordPress, Zoom, and Calendly. The platform also offers API access for custom integrations. Most integrations can be set up without coding and are easily configured through Keap’s user interface. Key business tools like PayPal, Stripe, LeadPages, and various social media platforms are also supported.

  • Is Keap suitable for eCommerce businesses??

Keap includes built-in eCommerce functionality without requiring third-party integrations for online sales. The platform handles invoice creation, payment processing, recurring billing, promotional codes, and subscription management. Users can create checkout forms, set up one-click upsells, and automate post-purchase sequences. Keap integrates with major payment processors, including PayPal, Stripe, and Venmo, for flexible payment options.

  • How does Keap compare to other CRM platforms?

Keap is priced higher than competitors like HubSpot or Zoho CRM, but its all-in-one approach consolidates tools that typically require multiple subscriptions. The platform offers comprehensive automation features but may lack advanced customization of enterprise solutions.
