Pros:

the best part of Jungle Scout is the ability to analyse the products in your market, get the one that is osold the most in the parametters of your investment budjet and make intentional decision on the next product to sell

Cons:

the cost of affiliation is a little expensive for starter. you need to renew it monthly or yearly and when your business isn't yet generating money, it is kind of heavy financially

The prices are competitive. There are more tools to secure products. The keyword data are more accurate

Cons:

No plan for 3/6 month. Limited month historical data and customer support is quite slow.

Multi Year Customer Quits Immediately For This One Reason

100% Fail. As soon as I realized what they did, I completely closed out my account. For years I paid separately for Jungle Scout. Not anymore. That's how badly they ruined Fetcher. I won't even pay them for their other software. They completely gutted Fetcher, and jacked up the price for it by 50%.

I don't like anything about this software. They were doing fine, they chose to buy another product of which I was a multi year customer of, completely gut it, then jack up the price. They deleted years of financial data, which was incompatible anyways with their new software. They tried to buy me off when I approached with concern.

Cons:

Everything. JS completely ruined Fetcher. They deleted years of financial data, and removed features that made Fetcher worthy of the money I paid them every single month for years. Jungle Scout provides less functionality, and they charge more money.

I regret giving Jungle Scout every single dollar I gave them for the 5 years I was a customer.

Several features available in jungle scout. So far I mostly liked jungle scout's competitive pricing. All the data quickly available, it makes my primary product research done in just few seconds..

Cons:

Usability is simple but not easy. Quite complicated.

the listing optimization tool, the keyword and product tracker, the rank tracker and all the data it allows one to collect.

Cons:

some flows are a bit cumbersome. the AI assist need a bit improovement. I with it had a better ad automation tool.

Many metrics, but laid out in a clean and organized fashion. I like the AI feature of review analysis.

Cons:

Upon initial onset of the research phase, it may get a little overwhelming. However, after integrating various tools (database tracker, opportunity finder, review analysis), it is quite intuitive.

While I really respected Jungle Scout’s mission and team culture, at times the pace of change made it challenging to keep alignment across departments. Some processes or priorities shifted quickly, which could create uncertainty.
