Cons:

At first it is a challenging to know where to start and how to use the many tools available in the software.

I really appreciated the excellent customer service. They provided clear and helpful information regarding my request and made themselves available for any future assistance related to the same topic. Great support!

Cons:

The only issue I experienced was that two separate support cases were opened for the same request, probably because I wasn’t able to respond in time through the chat. It caused a bit of confusion, but overall the support was still helpful and professional.

Pros:

the best part of Jungle Scout is the ability to analyse the products in your market, get the one that is osold the most in the parametters of your investment budjet and make intentional decision on the next product to sell

Cons:

the cost of affiliation is a little expensive for starter. you need to renew it monthly or yearly and when your business isn't yet generating money, it is kind of heavy financially

Very good value for money

My general experience is good, I understand the interface well, it is a help that I can put it in my language, Spanish, and also the searches carried out and the market study have borne fruit and work for me. Also the listing building tool is a help to review my listings. Keyword Scout is very good, I really like this function and it is very comfortable to analyze and easy to see and intuitive too. The sales analysis section seems good, I've been looking at it recently and it seems to be a great help too. The extension is very convenient and easy to use at a glance. I can say that I am happy in general. I would just love to see the pet category analyzed, it's really important because it's a big sales category.

Pros:

I really like the customer support they have, they are always quick to respond, and they also always offer solutions to problems that arise. As for the Jungle Scout interface, I find it intuitive and easy to use. Once you get the hang of it, you can move through the different screens to do your work, understanding the process well. I also like that since I started more than two years ago, things have been updated and it is more modern and has more functions than when I started, something very valuable for my business.

Cons:

I don't like Jungle because I can't analyze the Pets category, which has a lot of potential, and I can't use the opportunity search engine or use the extension on Amazon, because it doesn't provide data. This is a major flaw for me, since at the same time Not having this large sales section, I cannot analyze the pet niche market. I also don't like that I can't do searches in all the countries of the European Union, which is the market in which I am going to expand my business. Those two bugs I mention are the important bugs I see in JungleScout

Reasons for choosing Jungle Scout

At the beginning of my venture because of the price, later I continued with Jungle because the price is half that of HELIUM10 and it gives me good results and I am happy with the service that has been provided to me so far. They have been very good to me in general and the tool has fulfilled its purpose correctly in my case.

Super fast response to my email, also it was a human and not automated! Very easy!! The problem was fixed by the very next day!

Cons:

I haven’t had any real problems yet! I wish jungle scout would add the amount you’ll be charged including tax, I thought I’d be getting charged $500 something, but I was actually charged $600 something. I’m guessing it was the price with tax, I’m sure it says that in the fine print- but I wish it wasn’t fine print you know?

Cons:

A little bit expensive but it worth it. Some limitations for the base subscription.
