Imprescindible para la gestión del mail marketing en tu empresa

Mi experiencia general con Mdirector ha sido muy buena después de varios meses de uso, lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Tienen un muy buen soporte y la aplicación es sencilla y práctica.

La simplicidad sobre todo, su manejo y lo fácil que es. Especialmente para crear listas y el manejo de los contactos. Ahora bien, el fuerte el soporte, de 10, siempre que los necesitas, están ahí.

Cons:

Que en algunas cosas sea tan simple y no haya funcionalidades más avanzadas, como por ejemplo en las estadísticas o bien en las creaciones de automatización. Estaría bien que apostarais también por integraciones propias con Woocomerce.

Prové estas plataformas, pero al final por precio y facilidad de uso + soporte, me decanté por Mdirector.

Por dinero, era mucho más caro, por la dificultad que suponía y por problemas que tuvimos con nuestras listas de contactos y clientes.

Complete information and reports on contacts and email campaigns sent.

Cons:

Long periods of time for approval of SMS campaigns (previously it was not necessary to send the texts for approval, it was much faster to be able to send campaigns or make adjustments) Difficulty unifying duplicate contacts in different lists. Previously I had a customer support person vía WhatsApp in my time zone, that person stopped answering messages, currently, when I have concerns I have no one to contact other than someone in a different time zone in Spain (+7h) vía email.

Lo que más me ha gustado de MDirector es su servicio de atención al cliente. Siempre al pie del cañón con la solución a cualquier problema o duda que te pueda surgir. Aquí tienen un 10. Su herramienta de automatización es notable y fácil de usar si eres una persona a la que le gusta investigar e intentar sacarle el máximo partido a las herramientas.

Cons:

Lo que menos me ha gustado y lo he transmitido en varias ocasiones (entendiendo las dificultades que tiene su implementación) es sus dashboards. Para obtener análizar los workflows de automation tienes que recurrir a manualidades y cruces con excel que quitan mucho tiempo. Un buen dashboard en Automation haría que mi opinión sobre MDirector fuese de 10... Tengo hasta pintado como me gustaría que fuese.

No siendo un experto de email marketing puedo gestionar diferentes campañas de forma sencilla y rápida. La plataforma es muy intuitiva y las plantillas que tienen son muy útiles.

Cons:

La interfaz no es muy bonita, es lo único negativo que le encuentro. Me parece que tiene buen precio por las funcionalidades que ofrece.

Our Organisation was looking to generate mass email campaigns simply and easily. The ability to have many different subaccounts meant that we could use this throughout the Organisation flexibly without the different teams stepping on each other's workflows and output.

Cons:

The template editor was finicky. If possible, create outside the tool and import.

Mdirector is very user friendly and straightforward. It offers templates that you can select for your workflow for you to start your campaign quick and easily. Another thing is they have a good customer service team.

Cons:

Though you have a lot of templates to select, the template editor is sometimes not working as it was. Still, a good platform to use.
