Pros:

I like the fact that it has multiple functions that I can access to assist me with my tendering, with the least amount of effort. Contacts are easy to add / import. The database is easy to maintain. The group lists are great as they allow me to setup multiple trade groups and to email all or specific groups at the click of a button. Once my tender is ready to be sent its just a matter of hitting send and i can immediately move on to the next project as Rocketmailer sends everything in the backround.

Cons:

I have not come across anything that i don't like.

Your Team is EVERYTHING

[sensitive content hidden] as my go to team to help. They make a difference. It's not the software its the people. [sensitive content hidden] helped make me a template becasue what was available to me wasn't what I needed. [sensitive content hidden] patiently explaining concepts and showing me how to do things, [sensitive content hidden]assisting with sms info.

Pros:

My support team that are assigned to me. It's not the product because they are all a much of a muchness. The system works. Has lovely integrations is it better than the others I have worked with they are same same but different. But if you want service, helpfulness, suggestions, commitment to make your business do better, [sensitive content hidden] are your team.

Cons:

I quite like it so I have no negative feedback.

Before my time so i dont know i would assume cost becasue you are ass effective as mailchimp but more cost effective

Overall I think it needs a bit of an improvement to better the experience for us. eg setting up our own template the way we want it and the continued glitches to be resolved

We are still relatively new when it comes to using this platform so we are still trying to get used to it. So far the thing we enjoy most is how when we do come across an issue we can reply on the rocketmailer team to assist.

Cons:

The platform it self has a few glitches that we are struggling to get around without having to contact the rocketmailer team. I would love to be able to customize and set up our emailer template to what we are used to

Detailed Analytics reports, ease of use, local and instant support available and amazing team to work with

Cons:

When having to report on client campaigns that run over a few months with multiple mailers sent per month using various databases, it is not possible to pull analytics over a period which makes reporting in this manner a very labour intensive exercise

Reasons for switching to Rocketmailer

Blocks usage with no opportunity to first ascertain the reason and when eventually one does establish the reason after a few days, there is no detail or opportunity to manage the reason. Support takes days!

We send out all our newsletter with Rocketmailer, as well as training invites, tracking the RSVP's for events is super helpful as well as being able to send the invite to people who have not yet opened the email. It's easy to understand reports on the performance of each mail sent out.There are so many things you can do on Rocketmailer which I haven't tried yet, but I will be making use of more of these features in the future.What I like most about Rocketmailer is the customer service, [sensitive content hidden] is always prepared to help even if she needs to help with the same thing more than once, her service is quick and friendly.

Cons:

Sometimes the newsletters don't look the same when sending a test as to what it looked like on the platform (coding error).Some new customization features will be nice, such as different fonts for forms and more spacing and bullet point options.

Cons:

Not always possible to change template icon colours or current template code. Importing templates from a third-party not always displaying correctly.

Exporting of stats on the mails - apparently it is not accurate enough. This is what was reported by our Administrator.
