About Taximail

Taximail is an email and SMS marketing solution that helps businesses streamline processes related to personalization, email editing, message scheduling, reporting, and more on a centralized platform. It allows team members to utilize the BizChat module to manage multi-channel communications across WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram. WeChat, and Facebook Messenger.

Taximail enables staff members to utilize a drag-and-drop interface to create email templates with text, images, social media links, contact information, and other relevant information. It lets marketing professionals create customer segments based on multiple parameters, such as gender, address, marital status, and more.

Taximail comes with an application programming interface (API), which lets businesses integrate the platform with several third-party solutions. It is available on monthly subscriptions and on a pay-as-you-go basis. Support is extended via FAQs, documentation, phone, email, and other online measures.

    Using transactional emails with Taximail has made our communications easier. We can send promotions, upcoming projects, and other information immediately to customers. We can personalize and timely acknowledge the transaction they made. We also have a high open-rate in terms of engagement from our customers.
    Cons:
    If you need to verify a custom domain the process requires changing some our DNS records. But we know this is important too for our business.

    I like how easy to navigate the platform and do the email campaign because we can plan ahead of time by scheduling it. On our free time we do it over the weekend to prepare for upcoming promotions and set a date to send it.
    Cons:
    They don’t have landing page creation of you need to use for your business. This will be a good feature they can add on their platform.

    Cons:
    Sometimes it's difficult to use, such as the image size that can't be adjusted or if you have a computer problem and you didnt save the project yet, say goodbye to it because it really gone.

    Email drag and drop editor is amazing. I am not graphic designer but thanks to this software I can create outstanding emails and my customers like that. I like multi compatibility with all desktop and mobile devices. Another great feature is real time report. I can see who opened email, location and device statistics are also available to monitor. Very simple and intuitive tool for driving email campaigns.
    Cons:
    There is nothing to complain about. It's more than great.

    Platform is friendly user and automated feature. We can create an email campaign easily.  Moreover, they provide us the bonus of SMS Marketing on their platform. I appreciate how they can dedicate a personal support assistant that we can reach by email or phone-call easily.
    Cons:
    It would be great if they can add free choice of images while creating an email campaign. This would be of much help in case clients don’t have their own art work.

    We find this a useful software for our business because it help us in making appointment with our customers specially during the pandemic where we need to manage the show room visit.

    We use their Bizchat to connect directly to our customers with FB messenger and Line application. Our sales team can connect directly to answer important inquiries assigned to them. We can do emailing and this feature to help us with our business. They help custom chat bot for some workflow, it's very helpful.
    Cons:
    In case custom advance bot they will have additional cost.

    As a designer, for me it's easy to use, you can just drag and drop images/videos, put a text and any color to everything. it generates report at exact numbers that you needed.
    Cons:
    There's no tutorial on youtube, and lacks of font to be used, because sometimes I need to customized it according to our branding.
