About NeverBounce

NeverBounce is an email verification solution that enables enterprises, startups and non-profit organizations to remove duplicate emails, detect threats and verify email lists. The platform lets professionals utilize various proprietary methods and Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) capabilities to validate email servers.

NeverBounce allows businesses to verify emails across lead generation pages, registration forms or other point of entry web pages and synchronize email data across systems. It connects with Zapier to facilitate integration with various applications such as Mailchimp, HubSpot and more. Additionally, administrators can utilize the platform to identify email addresses, networks, bad syntax and various types of domains including top-level, subdomains and fully qualified domain name (FQLD).

NeverBounce comes with a custom application programming interface (API), which enables businesses to integrate the system with several third-party systems. Pricing scales with the number of verified emails and support is extended via phone, email, live chat and other online measures.

Support is Terrible

When it works, it generally works well, but the lack of support means we're looking for an alternative that is more stable and better supported.

Pros:

When the software works well, it is very useful and helps us to make better use of our MA solutions as well as maintain data on an ongoing basis.

Cons:

The support is terrible. Known issues are not proactively reported which caused us to inaccurately tag and email thousands of contacts in the summer of 2021 (unacceptable). When we've had support questions, we message support and then wait days for a response via email. Troubleshooting articles are basically non-existent.

Essential tool for email marketers

I used it mainly to check the quality of old databases we had from events, campaigns and stuff. It was great to ensure a good delivery rate.

It's easy to use, you pay by bulks and it works pretty well (very reliable when it comes to quality of the database)

Cons:

I can't think of something I dislike at this moment, but maybe it would be better if I could integrate it with CRMs.

OK verification tool with zero support

The tool is ok but with zero support and a non-working phone number, I won't trust this tool. I'll find a better tool after I use all of my credit.

The dashboard is clean which helps me to keep track of how the verification works.

Cons:

The tool incorrectly reports some spam emails as valid. I've tried to reach out to support using live chat and email but never gest a response. When I call the phone number listed on their website, it just hangs up.

Frequently we receive offers and discount codes from NeverBounce team. This platform is easy to use. Faster as compare to other tool while validating email address. Gives us the option to analyze list for free before paying.

Cons:

We were not satisfied with NeverBounce because this tool is not capable validating all email address. High percentage of results are identified as disposable email address.

The best about NeverBounce is their user-interface. This tool is very simple and easy to use. We can upload our list and analyze percentage of invalid contacts and then go for paid plan.

Cons:

Since we are paying to identify email address valid or not why I am getting more unverified or uncertain email address. They must improve overall result identifying email address either valid or invalid.

Pros:

One of the popular tool to validate email address. However this tool has limited technology. It is not able to give accurate result. High percentage of results are either "unknown or Disposable". After paying such huge pricing we cannot expect this kind of service.

Cons:

After paying huge money, Valid address shown by this tool get Hard Bounce. Can not trust this tool completely.

Helpful to keep your list clean

I needed to use neverbounce because we were starting up with a new email software. I used it to make sure that we had a clean list from the start with our new provider. It was extremely helpful and increased our email deliverability.

Pros:

It gave me clear numbers to understand the health of my email list. Easy to use. Easy to navigate and understand. Helped me convince my bosses that we needed to clean the list and it was worth what we spent on it.

Cons:

It was a little pricey to use consistently. It felt more like a once year type purchase rather than something I'd use frequently.
