Pros:

It is quite easy to understand. it is used through Windows and not just through Dos. I haven't used all the features but I'm sure that will come in due time.

Cons:

The fact that you can't add characters as you need them, also the fact that because we have custom programing we cam only keep 3 years of logs which I would need more then that.

Pros:

It's been reliable from day one. Simple interface that we can train most people on. Although I am the only user right now. Love the inventory feature.

Cons:

We will be moving to virtual offices soon and I use a Chromebook. So we'll have our tech team figure out an easy way for me to be able to use it.
