Quick Consols automates consolidation complexities for groups with multiple year ends, multiple currencies, different charts of accounts and ERP systems with a slice and dice approach to reporting. The app supports partial consolidations.

Use our business unit function to create different views of your group, right down to cost centre or profit centre level.

Our Analytics module creates visually rich graphs and charts with a slice and dice approach to seeing your consolidated numbers the way you want with a wide range of custom options.

Pros:

Its cost is not too high. Additionally, the platform is entirely cloud-based, and when combined with encrypted and secure data transfers, it becomes a solid platform for accurate reporting and analytics on all operations. The AFS drafting tool we used to create our IFRS for SMEs financial statements is really fantastic!

Cons:

My experience with Quick Consols was really nice, but it has a poor UI. Its becoming outdated and also not providing many such tools that other softwares are already providing.

Quick Consols is the most important financial cloud management software which enables the end to end monthly management reports in easy and comprehensible way. Also, the statutory financial statements and its reporting is improved in greatest way. Now, the finance team is able to work efficiently and make quicker and accurate monthly reports in no time. It automates the reporting structure from scratch in multiple ways and improve the visibility of financial reporting. Annual consolidation of financial statements are completed quickly with Quick Consols. It offers the analytics module structure for real time accounting management.

Cons:

Quick Consols often pose some integration issue with another accounting software. The speed of accounting process could be slightly improved upon for better report outcomes.

Quick Consols is easy to use tool with some ready to use templates for your financial reporting and visualizations. Being cloud based tool was a beneficial point for us as all our tech stack have been moved to cloud. As applications and data engineer it was easy to setup and get the finance team to start using it.

Cons:

We used free trial version only for short period of time and found it to be bit pricey for the features we would be using and also with very little customizations allowed we decided to not go with the tool. Depending upon once needs this tool can be beneficial for others.

Pros:

Being able to create and customize financial reports to suit your business is what sets quick Consols apart from any other reporting tool out there. You are able to set up report any way you like within the boundaries of the framework we work in. Any adjustments made to any of these reports will take affect retrospectively and you will always compare apples with apples when you run your reports. All reports are set up taking into account your preferences and are available at a click of a button. You can also add non financial data such as cost drivers or any related data to enable to track key metrics. This can be custom built into your reports to ensure you still experience that click of a button experience. Consolidations are super easy and you have a full audit trail for each adjustment made. Again, all of this can be provided and exported by the click of a button.

Cons:

Consolidation entries are tedious and repetitive. If we could import journals, that would be a great feature.

Because this software we are able to handle multiple currencies in one go and also they have the best consolidation available when all data is combined. I also liked there customer service because they really replied fast when we emailed them.

Cons:

The main challenges that we faced while using this software is integration with other softwares because there are lots of accounting tools which needs there data and also they are costly if used in regular basis mainly for small start ups like us.

The best part of quick consols is that it is very easy to use and understand and also even small companies can use it on their operations because of their affordable premium packages. The platform is also fully cloud-based and with a secured and encrypted data flows it becomes a reliable platform for providing an accurate reporting and analytics of all operations

Cons:

Quick Consols is quite outdated and does not offer as many new tool options when compared to some of their competitors and this really becomes an issue for large businesses like us because sometimes we need a more powerful and flexible reporting solution in our organization.

The tool is fairly easy to use. You are able to on the face of the report add tables, narratives and customize it to your needs without a need of a technical consultant. I also like that it is able to produce both monthly and Annual financial report in one platform making our data seamless all through out the year.

Cons:

Because of its unlimited user offering, you need to be extra cautious on who you give access to and user rights so that they do not fiddle with your numbers

Quick Consols help user to manage their accounts in a better way

The platform is quite easy to access and work on. I have also observed that the user does not need to have professional knowledge of accounting to understand its user interface. It also helped us in budgeting our funds and making better and more informative financial decisions in our past.

I have been using this software on a regular basis and the best feature that I like about this software is that it provides its users with online video sessions and even support documents to learn about its main usage and make appropriate financial reports like balance sheets, Profit and loss statements, cashflows etc.

Cons:

The main challenge that I have faced while using this platform was to scale it and it has no mobile app available for Android and IOS devices which makes it difficult to teach our staff its usability in a broad aspect also when we tried reaching their customer support they did not respond till 72 hours which was quite frustrating.
