Quick Consols is a financial reporting tool for companies and groups that need monthly or annual consolidated accounts.

Quick Consols automates consolidation complexities for groups with multiple year ends, multiple currencies, different charts of accounts and ERP systems with a slice and dice approach to reporting. The app supports partial consolidations.

Use our business unit function to create different views of your group, right down to cost centre or profit centre level.

Our Analytics module creates visually rich graphs and charts with a slice and dice approach to seeing your consolidated numbers the way you want with a wide range of custom options.

Use the financial statements module to prepare your statutory accounts, whether they're annual, half yearly or quarterly using our custom built reporting templates no matter the underlying Accounting Standards you use.

Quick Consols is high tech and high touch which means consultants available to assist with your implementation and support when you need it.

A boon for large organizations!

Overall I am quite satisfied with my experience with Quick Consols and I intend to use it more often.

Pros:

What I love is that I am able to quickly compile my data and am able to view the results with the click of a few buttons. And the interface allows me to view and undertand the key metrics and how they play out.

Cons:

The con is that since I have a small organization, it's a tad bit costly. Larger organizations would be able to benefit from Quick Consols on the financial aspect.

The best part about Quick Consols is their customer service - it is the best. They listen, they want to help, they want to partner and seek a solution. The implementation went well with the initial team. Now on "steady state" they continue to partner and work through next steps for optimizing the tool.Also the tool as a whole is easy to administer and user adoption has been huge largely because it is intuitive and easy to use.

Cons:

I honestly have no cons regarding it since it serves me right.

Pros:

I liked the fact that is really user-friendly. Anyone could easily use it.

Cons:

Due to my poor eyesight, I couldn't use this software as I would've liked to. Maybe they could add a customization option to increase text sizes, or change menu colors etc. That would help a lot.

What i like most about it is Even with no experience you can start using it, as it is very user friendly. I Can get Quick and powerful reporting of financial and management reports. This software has excellent customer support.

Cons:

I personally don't have any dislike about this software as but price can be issue with some small businesses. And documentation needs to improved.

Pros:

I've been easily generating high quality financial reports using Quick Consols and able to manage them in a organized way to improve the financial terms. Having multiple expenses and investments, Quick Console will sort it and be our best Financial Management tool.

Cons:

During the onboarding to Quick Consols, the demo team is not responding for my issues and later with a detailed email I've cleared everything.
