    The integration part. No need to do any linking process to government porta, the product takes care of everything
    Cons:
    Need to good customer support. The product is good and the cost too was affordable.

    Too much dependance on other third party software after completing the work in Tally. Thats why we left this and switched over to WinMan

    Very good overall, the pros outweigh the cons considerably. The system is very easy to use and so far there has been no downtime or glitches.

    The user interface is very self-intuitive. As someone who isn't very computer literate I found this very easy to learn and to use
    Cons:
    The search option has to be far too specific. It would benefit from suggestions popping up as you type in to search.

    Epicors customer service was terrible and we had to pay every time we needed help, and their interface was very old and dated and clunky to use
