Only fax service in town.

Amazing, it does what it says on the tin. It works, is super easy to setup and use. You have the desktop and native apps available to make things portable.

Super easy to setup, you choose your number and get going. You get multiple options to send faxes via the dashboard, email or the app.

Cons:

Nothing really, it found nothing to be lacking or missing. You come into the service with a need and it delivers.

Excellent service, will be my go-to for faxing needs going forward

Easy to sign up, use, and then late change my subscription as needs dictate. I had a billing issue (due to my error) and they were very helpful about it both with communication around the issue and also a satisfactory outcome. They took care of me and they didn't have to, which is much appreciated and spoke volumes about their integrity as a business.

Easy to use, full featured, variety of pricing tiers to fit what you need. Interface is good, capability is very good and faxing worked as expected and with good communication. Pricing/service tiers are good to find something reasonable for your needs and overall value.

Cons:

It met all of my needs, I don't have anything that stands out as a weakness.

Fax Plus has terrible customer service and will not recognize when stop payments are rescinded

Terrible experience. I tried over and over to explain to them that I had not recognized the charge but rescinded the stop payment and they can't seem to understand that.

It's decent when they allow me access, but I've had problems with faxing and it was often unsuccessful.

Cons:

I didn't recognize the charge and stopped payment. When they notified me, I immediately rescinded the stop payment, yet they still refuse me access when I'm sent them proof it was rescinded. Their customer service is really terrible!

They earned my trust.

I first used fax.plus when my father was being admitted to a hospital and I had to use fax technology to get his medical records from his doctor to share with the doctors I had taken him to, doctors in different geographical regions. Fax.Plus was reliable and effective in this highly stressful situation for me and I have used them ever since. They proved to me that they can be trusted in time sensitive and document sensitive needs.

Google Integrated Paperless Faxing with Single Sign On

The company has been very responsive. We have requested several features, and within a matter of a week or so, those features appeared in the product. Support (I believe) is only via email/ticket, but they are very responsive, and capable of understanding customer needs and working to accommodate them quickly.

Very modern, easy, clean user interface Single Sign On with Google account Fax from Email, Google Docs, etc Fax from mobile app Takes POs from School Districts A joy to use. Our users love the product. Hosted, and just works.

Cons:

The software is not 100% enterprise ready yet. You cannot have more than one administrator currently. The development team seems to be actively working on adding features like this, however. DIDs can often sell out in our local area code. Company is located outside of the US, and while they do take POs, it's kind of a hassle for us Everything is prepaid, which is unusual for a School District While the admin interface is clean, it would be nice to a little more functionality / ease of use (i.e. buy multiple numbers at once, multiple admins, show list of users assigned to a fax numbers without having to click on each number) We don't require it, but I do not believe there are any MFP plugins

Love Fax.Plus

It makes my job so much easier and the customer service was awesome?? The system is so easy to use! I love it!!

I'm a field tech and service fax machines/printers. This app helps me a great deal to send/receive faxes when testing equipment.

Shocking Customer Service

Awful.The guys running their customer service team are deceptive and unconscionable.I never signed up for Auto-Renew and they signed me up charging me more than double the year before.I contested this and said, the day after I received the auto renew email, that I didn't sign up for it and they claimed that I did and that if I wanted to cancel my service (1 day in) that they could not refund me.So I disputed it on PayPal and they blocked my account (the one they have charged me for) to prevent me from pulling the additional documents that PayPal requires to process the dispute. These guys are deceptive and unconscionable scammers. BEWARE.

Simple and price worthy

FAX.PLUS is a very efficient product for most small businesses. If you get to the large scale of sending over 500 faxes a month this might not be the way to go. I found it reliable sensible and simple all for a good price.

I loved that all faxes can be done from one simple app on my phone. I found email to fax to be a great feature in making work processes seamless and fast. Very fast delivery for faxes outgoing and incoming were a great advantage for productive work flow.

Cons:

I don't have too much to complain about but will say that certain features do cost extra. My con is just that it is not a one price for all. I could see text to fax becoming a thing of the future which I do wish was offered.
