Cargas review

Conversion process was good and organized. Employees like it and adapted somewhat quickly. Good mobile and tech support most of the time. Most of the staff are knowledgeable and polite.

Cons:

Some of the integrations seem lease than complete. Although customers and managers love the integration with MyFuelPortal.

Best Software in the Industry!

We have been with them for 3 years and have never been happier. Our old software company continued to believe they could push old style software in a new world. Cargas gets what their customers need and are committed to helping them achieve their business goals!

Avoid this software if you're a propane gas company

Aside from a smooth data conversion, I regret having invested in this mish-mosh of a software package.

Pros:

Ability to change transactions that have already been made. Caveat... Make certain only trusted employees are able to access functions of this type.

Cons:

Not user friendly or intuitive. Most functions a propane gas company needs or uses require far too many deep dives into the software to access. Absolutely the worst for any type of sales reporting. Software requires you to build queries to ascertain any pertinent information you may want to see. No ability to assign your own account numbers to new accounts.

Reasons for choosing Cargas Energy

RCC botched 3 attempts at a data conversion and we took a $30,000 hit and moved on.Smart Drops was unable to come up with an invoice that could be emailed to customers.
