Least Positive Sentiments

The platform supports on-site invoicing and real-time payment tracking, with integrations that simplify collection and improve cash flow. These features reduce administrative workload, but reviewers report challenges such as delayed processing, high transaction fees, and issues with recurring or automated payments. Refund and cancellation policies are also noted as areas needing improvement.

Great. Other than the cost, we are extremely happy with Jobber. Our small business relies heavily on a platform like Jobber.

Reasons for choosing Jobber
At the time, for the pricing we were paying when we first started with Jobber, the features and pricing was the deciding factor. Now that we are on the most expensive plan and paying for lots of extra users - we are shopping around. The exchange rate between USD and CAD is what hurts the most.
Reasons for switching to Jobber
HubSpot wasn’t really the right product for us. But it was free, which worked well while we were first starting out.
