Pros:
I like Jobber for it's vast offerings including full schedule management, invoicing, follow-up details - it's the best CRM I have used as a cleaning business owner.
Cons:
We like least about Jobber that the application is very inconsistent. We encourage our friends who work on teams to keep communication strong as the application may have you second guessing things here & there.

Reasons for choosing Jobber

The larger quantity of integrations and CRM functions, the messaging function for client's & workers, the ability to leave notes on each job.

Reasons for switching to Jobber

We needed a more robust system, Jobber allowed us 15 users at a median price.

Vendor Response

Hi Sarah, Thank you for the detailed review. We are glad to hear Jobber has been the best CRM you have used for your cleaning business and that our scheduling, invoicing, and CRM tools have supported your team at scale. We also appreciate your honest feedback about consistency, and we will share that with our team. Thank you for choosing Jobber and for highlighting how it has helped you manage your team and service from one place.

It's Gotta Be Jobber! The only CRM for your service based business.

5

Since we started using Jobber at Arbtech Ltd, our efficiency and profitability have skyrocketed. The process of creating detailed quotes and invoices is now a breeze, saving us countless hours of work. I've tried various software solutions in the past, but none compare to the seamless experience Jobber offers when it comes to tracking job costing and maintaining clear communication with clients. The recent introduction of AI has truly revolutionized the way we operate; taking notes and generating new jobs has become remarkably effortless. I can confidently say that the main dashboard keeps me informed and organized minute by minute, allowing me to stay ahead of our company's needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Jobber to any business looking to enhance their operations—it has made an incredible difference for us!

Pros:
I really appreciate the user-friendly interface and seamless mobile integration. It’s fantastic that everything accessible on your PC can also be done through the mobile app. The care taken with responsive design is simply stunning and makes the experience even more enjoyable!
Cons:
I really wish there was a feature that allows for employee tagging in notes, complete with notifications. Just imagine this: when I receive a phone call and I take a moment to leave an internal message on a quote, job, or invoice, it would be absolutely fantastic if the employee I tagged could receive a notification about that note. This would really help streamline our communication and ensure everyone stays in the loop!

Reasons for switching to Jobber

QBO still maintains our books, but as a CRM it doesn't compare.

Vendor Response

Hi Richard, Thank you so much for the detailed and thoughtful review. We are thrilled to hear how Jobber has helped increase efficiency and profitability at Arbtech Ltd, and that the mobile experience, job costing, and AI features have made such a meaningful difference in your day to day work. We also really appreciate the suggestion around employee tagging and notifications in internal notes. That is a great idea and valuable feedback, and we will be sure to pass it along to our team. Thanks again for the strong recommendation and for sharing how Jobber supports your operations.

My overall experience with Jobber has been very positive. Every time I call customer service whether the issue is big or small they are always helpful and efficient. While there are still some areas that could be improved, I really appreciate how simple and user-friendly the platform is, and I like that it’s continually being updated and enhanced.

Pros:
I really like Jobber’s new feature that shows the status of a payment and lets me see exactly when it will be deposited into our bank account. I also appreciate how easy it is to adjust a client’s payment method. This gives clients the opportunity to set up a payment plan with us, and it helps us clearly track how much they’ve already paid and how much they still owe.
Cons:
I’m frustrated that Jobber allows double booking without alerting me, and that there’s no simple way to mark individual blackout dates or times for my workers. Adjusting weekly work schedules isn’t enough, I need to be able to enter specific unavailable times (such as appointments, time off, or partial-day blocks) for each team member and have those blackout periods automatically appear and prevent conflicts on the Jobber scheduling calendar.

Reasons for switching to Jobber

We were expanding our company and we needed a software that had more options

Vendor Response

Hi Samantha, Thank you for the thoughtful review. We are glad to hear the new payment status feature and flexible payment methods have been helpful for both your team and your clients. We also appreciate you sharing your frustrations around scheduling, double bookings, and managing blackout times for team members. That is really valuable feedback, and we will be sure to pass it along to our team. It is great to hear your overall experience has been positive and that our support team has been there for you. Thanks again for taking the time to share such detailed input.

Pros:
It is great for scheduling and letting customers know what needs to be done. The automation is great as it saves time. It gives customers and users a one stop shop experience. We like the campaign feature as well.
Cons:
It is hard to get ahold of support sometimes. The price is pretty expensive. If we have a service like Christmas lights (they pay in full at installation) but we have to come back and take down the lights, it feels like we have to re-open the job to schedule the take downs. CC processing fees have gone up.

Reasons for switching to Jobber

Didn't provide everything that we needed in one place - mainly job costing.

Hi Cindy, Thank you for the detailed review. We are glad Jobber has been a strong fit for your business, especially for scheduling, automation, customer communication, and campaigns, and that it gives your team and customers a one-stop shop experience. We also appreciate the honest feedback. We are sorry it has been hard to reach support at times. We know that is frustrating when you need help quickly. Your notes on pricing, credit card processing fees, and workflows for services like Christmas light takedowns are also really valuable. We will share this with our team. If you would like, our support team can also suggest a workflow that makes scheduling return visits easier without feeling like you have to reopen the job. Thanks again for sticking with Jobber and for sharing what would make it even better.

A Great Tool With an Embed UX Problem

Great tool for business owners - needs help with the UI/UX for their forms when it comes to embedding them on business websites.

Pros:
Jobber provides a great customer management system to allow for jobs to be easily booked online and streamline the booking process for service-based businesses
Cons:
As a web developer, their lead capture form does offer an embed option, but the form itself is massive in length and will break any design of a webpage that you put it on. Breaking this form into steps would be a massive improvement.

Reasons for switching to Jobber

Easier workflow for business owners and better lead routing.

Vendor Response

We also appreciate the detailed feedback around the lead capture form and embedded form experience, that insight is very helpful and will be shared with our team.
