I do not have any complaints with the Modern Maid IO software.

Reasons for switching to Modern Maid IO

Launch 27 did not have the ability to easily invoice customer’s. Software customization was very difficult and required extensive support to change basic features. There was a significant learning curve to Launch 27 whereas I was able to master Modern Maid IO with several days of implementing the system in our business.

MMIO is hand down the best user friendly CRM out there. In the first hours I was able to create jobs, customers and integrate different programs on my own without previous experience setting up these type of systems.

Cons:

The pricing parameter settings should be more customizable.

Reasons for switching to Modern Maid IO

I found more problems than solutions and that made the work really difficult that I just decide to switch and start all over again. The customer support was poor for the premium price you pay.

I love that MMIO is purpose built, meaning it is built with the lives of an owner/ operator and their employees in mind. From scheduling to customer management, the system is unmatched. I used another similar product previously and it didn't feel like the developers really understood what the cleaning industry needed when it came to a customer management solution.

Literally no cons at all. I have to just put words here to meet the requirement.

When it comes to booking software for your residential cleaning company, this is one of the best solutions on the market. Has everything you need to run your business efficiently and it’s easy to use. I like the text and email integrations to remind clients as well as you team of upcoming bookings.

Cons:

Not suited very well for commercial cleaning but it can work.
