    Great CRM for Small Service Businesses

    Ive had a great experience in being able to automate many of the functions and processes with our business. its very inexpensive and allows you to manage your client relationships via app form accounting, communication, scheduling, etc...

    It is very easy to use, it integrates with Quickbooks, it allows us to process credit cards and close out our days activities quickly, great forecasting tool and integrates with our website.
    Cons:
    Im not fond of their cusotmer service support there is a lag in response usually a day so things that are critical could be costly but luckily the software is very stable and robust

    Terrible Customee Service and No Way To Cancel

    Absolutley terrible. I could not find a way to cancel my account. I emailed in February 2025. The responded saying someone would conact me but, never heard back. I filed a dispute for March and Aprils charges through my credit card. They charged me again in May. I spoke to someone on the phone at Customer Factor who said someone would contact me and I still have no heard back. Finally had to cancel my card to stop the charges.

    The only thing useful was keeping track of my customers information. The cost seemed reasonable but, in the long run, not worth it.
    Cons:
    Not user friendly. My employees were not able to log their hours like I thought they would. Easier to use on a computer but I wanted to have the same access on my mobile device.

    Great CRM at reasonable price

    I've had to call and have them walk me thru a few things, but overall they are helpful, the software does almost everything I need, there are minor glitches as with any, but the price and experience are great

    This software really helps me automate some of the follow up with customers, and does the CRM that QuickBooks isn't set up to do. It also integrates seamlessly with QB
    Cons:
    There are some features that you can't access thru the app, do you have to log in via the web page, which is annoying on a phone in the field.

    Excellent CRM

    Have bee TCF for several years now and my only complaint is that I didn’t start sooner. I have a small business which requires me to wear many hats but this program helps take care of many things that where eating up time and makes it automated and simple.

    Can set up many automated actions such as service reminder and rescheduling. Can link to other services to send mailers to existing clients and their neighbors. Email and text invoice. And has a Big Proposal feature that really gives some of the best proposals.
    Cons:
    The texting feature for reminders and invoicing requires you to use a 3rd party service which is fine but if someone responds to the text you will not receive the text unless you purchase another 3rd party service. This feature is helpful but still a little cumbersome and adds an extra expense.

    The Customer Factor Has Helped Our Business Excel

    I highly recommend CF. Basically it takes our scheduling needs and invoicing/payment needs and fuses them together. Our window cleaning business services about 100 different customers per month but many of them are multiple times a month. That means in a given month I need to schedule AND invoice 150+ customers. We were an organizational mess before we found this program. The customer service is awesome--usually the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], is the one responding to my questions. And you can't beat the price! Before I chose this product, I looked at a few others that were similar and they were $3,000+!!

    This product has done amazing things for our window cleaning business. There is no other product out there that is as affordable and customizable for our type of business. We couldn't be where we are without it.
    Cons:
    My employees tell me that the app sometimes crashes, which is annoying. It usually loads the second time, but my employees have complained about it. The only other thing that I dislike about the software (but really is an unfair complaint) is that it has SO many options for customizing. It can be overwhelming.

    I chose CF for cost and because the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] actually began the company when he could not find what he needed for his own window cleaning company. The software is perfectly tailored to our kind of business, but I think it work well for any kind of service business.

    Great experience, also the app is simple and easy to use for everyone. We helped TCF with lots of our input to improve the experience, they always listened and are trying to make the product better

    I like having everything in one place. We can schedule, invoice, email, and track our entire customer base. It has a wide variety of things you can do with it and they never raise prices for current customers.

    Sometimes our estimates that are sent through text are blank.
