About Glasscubes
Glasscubes offers cloud-based collaboration solution for businesses. It provides for file sharing, collaboration and document management, making it accessible from devices with an internet connection.
Glasscubes’ file sharing module lets users store their documents in the cloud, while it’s online community facilitates knowledge sharing. Users can upload any type of file they want without size restriction and can share files with people who are not subscribed to Glasscubes by sending them a password-protected link.
This software features a "whiteboard" tool, where team members can jot down notes and attach images and links on a shareable whiteboard. Glasscubes also offers a buildable knowledge base, allowing team members to share information and questions in one location. Users can attach conversations to documents and make sure the relevant documents are associated with a project.
Pricing is based on the number of users per month. Telephone and live chat support are offered.

CCH OneClick is bad and is very difficult for clients (and us) to use. Glasscubes is everything OneClick was meant to be with the added benefit that it is not lumped in with an already bloated piece of software.

Better than originally expected.

We made the decision to try this software after having a demo. We are only a relatively small accountancy company so it was a sizeable investment for us. However, it not only does what we originally intended it for (an easy to use portal for clients to answer queries - they actually answer all our queries now!) but its been really helpful in managing projects with clients. We are very impressed with the whole system, took a bit of getting used to the workspace concept but we are now adding lots of useful features to our processes. Support is excellent. Customer Success Manager [sensitive content hidden] is a huge help and always on hand to guide us through getting the best out of the software. By far the best purchase in our tech stack for a long while.

7/10. I think it is a useful platform and I prefer having it compared to not having it. I simply wish there was easy in depth tutorials for what each sections does. Sometime a client gets an email alter, other times they don't and finding out why isn't straightforward. Customer support has been good.

I highly recommend both the team at Glasscubes and the software. Glasscubes is a simple and cost-effective way for me to manage documents/files with external vendors. I also find it more reliable as a sharing tool with external project team members than Sharepoint or other file-sharing options. With other options I usually receive a number of emails from colleagues asking for access to be "fixed" or re-sent. With Glasscubes there have been no access problems or questions about how to use the features. The tools for admin oversight are easy to use but powerful. There was no pressure with the sales experience and the technical support has been excellent.
