Excellent product and company.

Their sales team were great and their customer support team were knowledgeable and very responsive. I loved how I could communicate by What’s App when I needed technical help or trouble shooting when installing GPS devices.

Robust product functionality, product was easy to use and when I had a question the customer support received was excellent.

Cons:

I can’t say there was anything that I didn’t like. Overall the experience was positive and the customer support was really excellent. If I had any questions that needed answering or needed customer support Axxon was there for me.

The other company’s GPS tracking was not ideal for my business. There was not the ability to see past routes and also more robust reporting which I needed as a transportation company. Zello tracking is very basic and we needed more functionality.

From the initial onboarding process, right through the hardware implementation, to training, my experience with the team at Axxon has been professional, each team member is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The company's mission to help each of their customers business evolve and become more efficient and profitable though vehicle tracking is clear in each interaction.

The training in particular impressed me most, the way the sessions were broken into manageable time slots so our team members could process the information fully, have time to implement the information before the next follow up.

Cons:

We have had no issues so far. We currently use only the vehicle tracking service from Axxon and will likely utilize the camera in the future.

We needed better reporting from our tracking software and a solution to track maintenance schedules for the vehicles in a central location.

The customer service is amazing! The AXXON team is just an email, phone call or WhatsApp message away! Swift responses, they think with you to find solutions to specific situation. The tracking system is helping us find weaknesses and opportunities for improvement in the transportation of students, is increasing the safety of both drivers and students and helps with accountability and transparency of billing. The dashboards for the GPS and camera systems are userfriendky and very intuitive. Reports for drivers, buses, routes, times, alerts and much more are generated in several document types with just a click of the button. Great!!

Cons:

We are located in Sint Maarten and AXXON is in Curaçao, somtimes it would be handy to have them closer.

From the day we reached out to Axxon, they have been like a true partner in our business, always following up on any issues such as how do I get notified when my vehicles are due for servicing.

I really liked their follow up even months down the road on issues such as if a driver is no longer with us how do I take them off and put in their replacement.

Cons:

That I didn’t get started sooner, I had heard from a friend that there was a company that would do the things I wanted but I didn’t follow up until months later.

Amazing, it provided me with instant gps of the car, whereever, whenever! Love it!! Amazing team also.

Cons:

Pricey but might be rightfully valued for the service they provide. It helped us keep our car safe, and even review how the company car was used by employees.
