About YaCu

YaCu-Transportation and Logistics Software Solution offers a route planning function that enables the system to automatically assign thousands of requests scattered between staff members, depending on vehicle capacity and volume, as well as to optimize their routes as efficient as possible. The Vehicle management feature offers vehicle monitoring online on the map.

The route planning feature can create shipment requests and appoint staff drivers who are able to receive full information about the route and contact details in the mobile app on their gadgets (Android, IOS).

The delivery automatization allows users to create route requests and the system will allocate them between staff drivers, taking into account weight, load capacity and time period which item must be delivered. The optimization of transport logistics will develop the route itself and will track any deviation from the route.

Great solution for an enterprise for a price of a lunch

Pros:

There are two very cool features that others companies don’t have. First one – we can build the best routes for ‘phantom’, i.e. non-existing vehicles (as we don’t have our own car fleet) and out contractors assign their cars for the route we built. It is very important for us that with this system where we build the route both we and our contractors can track the car on the map. And the second one – the chat of three: we – dispatcher – driver, very convenient!

Cons:

Sometimes we need to assign the orders per areas as we can not do that as the system does not consider it the best route. And it really is not the best, but sometimes it is how we need it but YaCu does not have such an option.

Good software

We are content with the service, great idea of combining Uber for couriers and a platform for automatization of our own car fleet

Pros:

Besides the main function of the route optimization we use the function of prioritizing the vehicles and the addresses: sometimes we can not deliver to all the addresses during the day but there are addresses that can not wait (and others can), so we just put check marks of those addresses.

Cons:

I know for sure that I could order a courier or a cargo taxi via this services, but this option does not work in the States for now. I have heard that it will be available soon.
