    The patch management feature in ManageEngine RMM Central makes it possible to convey updates for Windows, macOS, and Linux devices and all devices controlled by the program are updated without requiring additional steps. This has helped to minimize the window time and administration greatly.​

    When a patch fails, the system could not describe clearly which exact steps are as a result wrong, and this complicates debugging.​

    When identifying the assets, a lot of time was used in the initial stage. It was found that it took longer time than expected to scan large networks and some devices had to be identified and categorized manually.​

    I liked the fact that using ManageEngine RMM Central makes patching a unified process across the endpoint network, including laptops, desktops as well as servers. It allowed acute reduction in the general exposure to vital risks due to the opportunity to schedule automatic patch rollouts after the vulnerability scans.

    It was also observed that there is a need for manual configuration of the maintenance windows since several patches from different Capitals may overlap. It would be better if the tool resolves these issues without having to manually edit one of the two conflicting calendars.
