New to Sequoia - the Jury is still out

Not what i expected, but certainly better than what we had.

Pros:

I like the large company benefit plans very much

Cons:

I don't like how the Sequoia platform and Prism HR are clearly two separate platforms. I am also dissappointed in the reporting functionality

Reasons for choosing Sequoia One

Didnt like is as much - large group benefit plans didnt offer the carriers we needed.

Reasons for switching to Sequoia One

Needed larger group benefit plans that Gusto didnt offer

Pros:

The great service we receive from our HR manager. [sensitive content hidden] is super responsive and knowledgeable. Sequoia is able to answer our questions and always giv es us plenty of notice when we have compliance due.

Cons:

The systems can be quite clunky, especially prism. Compared to other PEO software's it is slightly outdated and hard to find what you need.
