Overall positive. They do a wonderful job of helping us take care of our most important asset: our people.

Pros:

Excellent customer service with quick response times. They have knowledgeable staff who can assist with tricky situations. They make payroll, benefits, and compliance much easier than handling it all by yourself.

Cons:

The prism HR software can be a bit clunky, although I know that have constantly rolled out updates to improve their software platform.

A good analytical tool what you need for daily reporting

1. A bit expensive 2. Not mobile friendly 3. Downloads are not regulated

All in one software

The few software bugs involving paystubs were frustrating to deal with but once customer service was contacted it was resolved swiftly.

Sequoia is compact with all aspects of HR management, benefits administration, and payroll all in one! It was convenient to be able to locate all company necessities in one portal.

Cons:

Sequoia’s software had a few IT bugs that did not allow users to see their paystubs.

Pros:

All the benefits, payroll info are in one place. Very easy to input time, manage benefits. And the best part is I can retrieve all my health insurance IDs.

Cons:

The user experience is not as seamless.

The Sequoia platform is very intuitive, updated, and organized. It is easy to find what I need in relation to benefits. If I have a question regarding my benefits, the Sequoia Advocate team (their help team) is very responsive and helpful.
