Pros:

Great back up, easy to use system with compatibility with my veterinary medicines prescribing system.

Cons:

It doesn’t manage stock on a batch number or expiration date level so I needed a second linked system.

Simple, straightforward and solid

I really loved the simplicity of this software. I work as a freelance writer and business consultant so my accounting needs are relatively low scale but a lot of the cloud based solutions out there have far too much going on that I simply don't need. The beauty of Big Red Cloud was that it did everything I needed in one place and it couldn't be easier to use. What's more the flat low monthly fee makes it incredibly affordable. I cannot vouch for its effectiveness in dealing with more demanding accounting needs however as a freelancer/sole trader I can't rate it highly enough.

It did increase our profit margins greatly. It also allowed us to expand the business with our increased profit margins.

Cons:

Was a learning curve to how the software worked. It was a little different than what we were used to but other than that it is a great piece of software.
