Pros:

Benefits are an important part of the compensation package of our employees. The more we have the harder it gets to manage both from the employer and employees perspective. Coverflex helped us to make this a simpler process, giving us more time to focus on our work and teams. Their app is super easy to use to manage benefits like the meal allowance and home office budget. The credit card works in almost all restaurants and supermarkets in Portugal. It’s also really easy to manage the budget through the webapp or the native mobile app.

Cons:

Nothing to mention here. They are constantly improving the software and partnerships.

Os custos são realmente diminutos face ao benefício que a plataforma nos entrega. Outro ponto positivo é a plataforma, seja online ou através da app, ser muito simples, tornando todo o processo rápido.

Ser uma conta espanhola o que faz com que não seja tão imediata a transferência.

6 months of having Coverflex, heres what happened

My experience with Coverflex is getting a tempting card from a funded startup that is recruiting best brains (or so claim to be) only to be disappointed with 6 months of my company benefits locked into a Coverflex infrastructure that makes that money impossible to use.

Pros:

The message and value proposition are delightful to the ears, but the application and actual usage of Coverflex is far from reality of their marketing.

Cons:

-claiming to be an extensive solutions for employee benefits, where the onestop shop (coverflex in this case) is below average in all of the perks and features pitched. -Bad documentation (not updated, not thorough, intentionally vague because they dont have all the answers), followed by bad support.

O site é muito bonito, fácil de navegar e user friendly. As opções de preço e a facilidade na transferência de saldo é muito fácil.

Cons:

Gostei menos de o apoio às vezes ser um pouco limitado, uma vez houve uma confusão na divulgação de uma promoção e só depois é que reparei que tinham-me dado informação errada e tive de reverter um upgrade

Niente, ho pagato ma dopo un mese non sono ancora in grado di usufruire del servizio ed inoltre mi è stata negata la richiesta di rimborso

Cons:

Esperienza pessima. Dopo oltre un mese per una banale richiesta, non siamo ancora riusciti a recuperare le credenziali d'accesso, rendendo di fatto impossibile usufruire del servizio regolarmente pagato. L'assistenza è totalmente delegata a bot che forniscono risposte generiche e inconcludenti. È impossibile parlare con un operatore umano, sia via email che telefonicamente (il numero risulta inesistente). Oltre al danno, la beffa: alla nostra richiesta di rimborso ci è stato risposto con un netto rifiuto. Gestione inaccettabile e mancanza di rispetto per il cliente.

The best 360 benefit management solution

1. Onboarding is super easy and quick. 2. Pays for itself - both employers and employees save huge amounts of money.3. Stellar customer service.

Cons:

1. I think the employee apps could be a bit more user friendly.2. The card pin should be more accessible, I.e via the app.

There are valid alternatives in the market but everyone of them solve a single pain point, whereas Coverflex is a 360 solution: childcare vouchers, meal card, health insurance, you name it.

User friendly, very easy to use. Allows us to manage most of our benefits. Service team is supportive.

Cons:

Could have customization fields on benefit categories where each company adds relevant info according to internal policies. For e.g. we have a rule of amount of smartphones you can buy per year (on technology category). People will need to open our internal policy to make sure they are compliant. There isnt yet a customizable categorie, so we need to insert in other categories some type of benefits to make sure we can manage everything in the platform.Still a very good software.

Price for quality. Advanced features considering other platforms.
